What is a really good diet and health plan to loose weight but not too much?
I am looking for a really good diet and health workout that will get me in shape and let me loose weight but only a little
Eat less carbohydrate foods–compensate your hunger by salads–eat green vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk ,oily and spicy foods and animal protein,take less sweets–drink at least 7-8 glasses of water everyday–walk for 30 minutes per day.
