I heard doing yoga is good for health and reducing weight and also can maintain body. Can anyone suggest me what to do in yoga to maintain body and a good health…
There may be different approaches with in yoga also for this purpose. I would suggest Sun Salutations. I have tried it for 30 day and over all results are very good. Try it. See the difference.
