What’s the best way for someone to gain a healthy weight?
I have an extremely high metabolism and though I’m nearing thirty I still can’t get over 105 pounds. I am 5′7 and I want to be at a healthier weight. And I’m hypoglycemic! Any healthy suggestions. Think fit, not fat!
When working with kids with eating disorders we have often put them on boost plus…….which is for people who are looking to gain weight…..basically it is just increasing your caloric intake without having to increase amount of food you eat. Other suggestions would be fruits and veggies (baby carrots to name one) which have a high natural sugar concentration. This way you gain weight in a healthy manner and not by increasing carbs which are high in most junk foods, processed foods.
Also you can try taking a kelp suppliment it regulates the thyroid….helps people who are over and under weight as it assists in optimum fucntion!
Good luck!
